Brief Description: Landing light installtion - Part 1.
I purchased a round 100 Watt landing light kit from Duckworks (Vans order # LL DW-02 RV-4/6/7/8). I plan on upgrading the light bulb in the future with one of the new drop in LED lights (ex. WHELEN LED PAR 36 LAND LGT 14V). I mounted the kit templates on cardboard and cut them out. I will mount the light on my left wing on the most outboard wing rib bay. Eventually I may install another light in the right wing but for now one light is sufficient for my day VFR mission.
