Brief Description: Installed Elevator Tips.

I drilled and dimpled the most outboard holes in the elevators. Then I trimmed and clecoed the tips in place. Then set CS-4 blind rivets in place completing the installation of the elevator tips. Next up is to do the same for the rudder upper tip.
