Brief Description: Match drilled skin to elevator understructure.
I match drilled the skins to both the left and right hand elevator understructure. I used a green dry erase marker to mark the holes that have been match drilled. I make the mark long enough to see it with a cleco installed. I have missed a few holes in the past and thought this might be a good method to prevent it again. The ink rubs off with a bit of rubbing alcohol. Then machine counter sunk the holes at the end of the main spars to allow the control horn weldments to be flush mounted.
Next up is beveling the counterweight skins.
