Brief Description:  HS understructure dimpling

Finished drilling the outboard holes in HS-810-1. I used my Dremel with a flexible line to do it. The bit wobbled a little on the first one. I really needed a proper 90 degree angle drill. I will order a set with my next tool order.I deburred all the holes in the HS understructure.I dimpled the understructure with my DRDT-2 and my main squeeze.I used a long metal ruler with a No. 40 hole drilled at the end for a cleco and a soldering iron to remove the vinyl covering along the rivet lines in the HS skins. I will prim the inside rivet lines then remove the vinyl from the inside of the skins.Next is to remove the vinyl along the rivet lines on the outside of the skins. Then deburr and dimple.
