Brief Description: Empenage end caps - Part 4.

I continued work on the empennage end caps. I installed 2 plies of BID to the internal balsa spacers completing the installation of the vertical and horizontal stabilizer end caps. Next I will add some more Micro Epoxy mix the end cap and sand smooth.
