Brief Description:  WD-808 Front seat support brace - do over.

My replacement parts arrived and I deburred the edges of the cockpit rails and spacers. This time I clecoed the spacers (F-856) to the rails (F-816) and back drilled all the holes. Then I installed everything and applied ratchet straps to clamp the fuselage sides tightly against the WD-808 brace. I tightened the straps until the holes in the feet of the brace and the back drilled holes in the rails and spacers lined up. With everything aligned I back drilled from the top (not from underneath like the instructions suggest) to complete the holes into the brace supports. This time it all worked out perfectly. This error cost me about $300 and almost 5 hours of labour. Oh well, I'm hoping that will be the last big mistake on the fuse!
