Brief Description: Riveted aileron skins to top of spar.
We laid the aileron on a flat part of the work bench and weighted down the trailing edge with some lead filled bags to keep it stable and straight. I laid down on my back on long platform resting on some milk crates while Sean used the Tungsten bucking bar to set the rivets from the opposite side of the assembly. This step was hard on the hands but wasn't as bad as anticipated. They turned out pretty well, with no need to drill out any bad rivets.
