Brief Description: Aileron 408 plates and nose rib to spar riveting.
I started the day by riveting the 408 reinforcing plates to the aileron spars. Then I wet set the blind rivets joining the counterbalance pipes to nose ribs. Lastly I clecoed the leading edge assemblies together and set the nose rib to spar rivets. Don’t forget to apply sealant compound at the trailing edges where the stiffeners meet. I did, and now I have to remove a bunch of cleco’s to get back in there.
