Brief Description: Aileron stiffeners, T/E bend and brackets.
I started the day with back riveting the aileron stiffeners, and then formed the trailing edge bend. My new and improved bending brake worked great. The improvements over the one I built for the empennage is a piano hinge and a couple coats of paint applied right after I cut the 2X8's to length. This prevented the wood from warping. I didn't use a dowel, and the radius came out just right. I finished up with back drilling the spar reinforcing plates.
