Brief Description: L/H joint plate, baffle and tank screw holes.
Now that the fit between the tank and the leading edge was perfect I back drilled the W-423 Joint Plate. Then I removed all the cleco’s securing the tanks skin and inner ribs to the rear baffle and back drilled the remaining Z-Brackets. This method is far better than specified in the manual. Lastly I enlarged the screw holes in the aft edge of the tank to #19.
