Brief Description:  Cleco left hand tank skin to ribs.

I had a buddy from work come over and give me a hand with the left hand fuel tank. This is definitely a two person job. We started with cleco's in the very front of the tank on both sides then moved back from there. We placed the tank on the wing to check the joint between the leading edge and the tank. It was pretty much perfect on the top and it had a bit of bulge on the bottom (the thickness of the tank skin) at the leading edge but perfect everywhere else (See Image 3). I think this may work itself out when the ribs get match drilled and the tank is screwed down to the main spar. I am just waiting for an order of 250 more 3/32" cleco's from Van's so I can insert more cleco’s into the wing, leading edge and tank to check the joint again. By the way, I didn't injure myself today, but Allan managed to draw blood by pinching his finger with a cleco. Good job Al!
