Brief Description: SB 14-01-31 Horizontal Stabilizer cracks - Part 1.
I decided to incorporate the recent Service Bulletin addressing some Horizontal Stabilizer cracks found on some RV models (including the 8) while I had the tail off the airplane. The entire job took a total of 24.3 hours. The process was very involved and I don't recommend it as a preventative measure unless you already your existing stress relief notches are small (or non-existent like mine) and you plan on doing acro a lot.
