I installed the brake assemblies and installed the axel nuts on both wheels. I hand tightened the nut so there was no side play but still allowing the wheels to turn easily. Then I used a 12" long no. 30 drill bit to start the cotter pin holes. I removed the nuts and wheels and will finish the cotter pin holes on the drill press.
