I wanted to use 8 foot workbenches instead of six foot to prepare my shop for larger sections of the kit in advance. I used the EAA1000 plans but enlarged my pieces to 36 inches tall and 8 foot wide. These benches came out nice. I will probably put wheels under the benches to make them easier to move around. Good stuff!!
