Got most of the fuselage parts painted and started to add the clear coat. Dummy me should have painted a small part to see what it would like and READ THE PAINT CAN!! I put on a clear coat FLAT WHITE instead of CLEAR clear coat! You can probably see the difference in Pic 2. Boy was I pissed!! It went from glossy white to a very flat white and I had done several panels before I realized what I had done. So now I am having to sand the affected panels down to bare metal, reprime and repaint AGAIN! I got with PTI and Aircraft Spruce and ordered the clear coat that I needed. Should be here with in the next week. Next time I might have a pro do this painting crap instead of me. Lot of work involved but lesson learned the hard way I guess.
