Made plywood template with measurements. Looking at first picture I used lower right hand tube as the primary tube to make rest of tubes equal distant from each other (center of bolt). Not an easy job for someone who has never welded before. I welded primary tube first making sure it was square. Still have to weld other tubes in place along with welding of bolts to tubes.
