Fitting the headboard is becoming a chore. I did make a cardboard cutout and made some modifications before applying it to sheet metal and cutting it out. Found out I was off on my measurements and having to redo the sheet metal cutout. Luckily I had made the sheetmetal cutout too big instead of too small! Hopefully by the end of the week I should have it completed.
