Brief Description:  Redo of skids

Instead of painting the fuel tanks, I decided to polish them instead. I also redid the skids because I did not like the way they looked after working on them previously. Bought a aluminum polishing kit from DC Supershine (included med and fine buffing pads, polishing pastes, finishing polish) for $149. Best investment I made for polishing aluminum! Made a make shift polishing station using my welding table and clamps. Did not take long to do the skids and look perfect. Hearing protection is a must when using 9" angle grinder and buffing pads. In picture 3, the skid on the left is the finished product and the one on the right is the one I did previously. Big difference! I still have to do the end caps which shouldn't take very long once I figure out how to secure them.
