Brief Description: Went back to complete the left wing.
After finisheing the work on the Rt wing, I decided to go back to the left and finished some things that were not completed like installing the landing light and drilling the flap hinge. First thing was to go after the landing light. the second time doing something is always easier. The hole was cut with a dremmel and small cutoff wheel. Very clean job. I picked up some grinding bits a Sun N Fun last April and used one to do the final trimming to the line. afterward I used the scotchbright wheel to smoth and finish the edge. The only time consuming job was installing the nuplates for the bracket. Reaching throught lightening holes was a little awkward but workable. I will wire the light once the plastic tube for wiring is installed in the wing. The light install took most of the afternoon so I was not able to start on the flap. Next session!
