Brief Description: Rt Wing Top skin and rib dimpling
Today was a day for getting the top skins ready for riveting. It took a couple hours to deburr all of the shin and rib holes. Next I dimpled and primed the wing walk stiffener. I then used an electric sander to scarf the anterior overlap of the inboard and outboard skin panels. Afterward I primed the area that was sanded as well as scuffing the overlap area of the skin to allow priming where the skins come together. I never want a metal to metal contact without a primer between it. Now was the time to dimple all of the skins. Mark will be over next week to help in riveting the skins.
