Brief Description:  Installed Right Leading edge and Tank

Spent today installing the leading edge and tank on the right wing. I used the approved method of riveting the rear flanges with LP4-3 &4s instead of trying to get the solid rivets into the limited space. I opted to use this method because I buggered up so many of the factory heads on the left wing and Bruce at Vans approved the carbon steel rivets use. He said to buck as many of the rivets that were easily accessable but since the rear flange is stressed in shear the carbon steel rivets should be plenty strong, especially with 5 rivets along the flange. I needed to further alter my cheap rivet puller to get the LP4's in straight. Looks good. The skin to spar rivets went in quick and without incident. Installed the tank and found that the skins slightly overlapped each other close to the spar. Will remove the tank and trim the edge to get a good fit.INTERESTING NOTE: When talking to Bruce at Vans, I mentioned that I had to drill out some of the left leading edge to spar rear flange rivets due to poor bucking and smiles on factory head. Bruce said to never drill out the rivets. Even poorly set rivets are better than drilling it out
