Needed to get a few things done today before going to the office to catch up on some work. first of all, I clecoed the tank together and back drilled all holes except the stiffeners. countersunk the skin along the baffle line. Made the countersinks a little deeper on this tank. The left ended up with a slightly high line of rivets once the proseal got under the rivet. Hope this gives me a nice flush rivet. decided to cut and fit the vent line and attach the bracket to the side of the filler flange. Will try to complete the preparation of the tank this weekend and do some sealing next week?
