Brief Description: Rt Wing Back drilling and landing light
Had some things I needed to complete today. Went back out and back drilled both the upper and lower skins. Used all of my clecoes so as you see I could only cleco part of the upper skin until the bottom was completed. Countersunk the 6/32 screw holes as directed in the Duckworks plans. I altered from the plans in that I used a 1/8 dimple initially and then came back and made the dimple larger with a #6 dimple die. With the 1/8 die, the screw sat to proud. With the #6 it was flush. Installed the lens in the bracket. Used the foam around the lens as directed. Need to pick up some wire and clamps at Sun N Fun next week to mount the wires to the bracket.
