Spent this weekend in total frustration. Decided to bend the longerons . Followed vans directions and used the template that was provided. The only problem was that when the bend in the longeron matched the template, the longeron did not match the canopy rail. Agonized over this until I called Vans and they said that the template was not printed correctly and to go by the canopy rail curve. Dit that and the longeron looks okay. Will find out when I try to match to the side skins and bulkheads.
