Brief Description: Right rear baffle and Z bracket riveting
Had a long day today installing and sealing the rear baffle and Z brackets. started by preparing the baffle and tank skin for sealing by ruffening and cleaning with MEK. Made up a large quantity of proseal and used a plastic bag to squeeze an bead onto the posterior ribs and tank/baffle rivet line. clecoed the baffle to the skin and riveted per the plans. got the old trusty rivet gun out and riveted the baffle to the ribs. Straight forward but time coming working alone. went back with proseal and covered the shop heads and pop rivet heads.
right Z bracket installed and sealed.
