Deburred the remaining #30 and #40 holes in the VS skeleton. I have decided that the most efficient method of deburring is to run the deburring bit in the hole very lightly so as not to make too much of a bevel, and then run emery cloth over the tops of the holes if a burr is felt with the finger that the deburring bit didn't get all of. I've found that if you run the bit in the hole longer to get that last little burr, there is a possibility of getting a knife edge in the middle of the hole.After finishing the deburring I dimpled the skeleton and the skin. I need to buff out some scratches in some of the pieces, but other than that, the VS pieces are ready to prime.
