Played with the top rib to get rid of the gaps it had between skin and rib flange. It looked like the skin had an asymetrical bend that left the top of the stab looking not symetrical even when clecoed. A little judicious bending seems to have cured the problem. Then match drilled all 'skin to skeleton' holes.
