This work was actually scattered over a matter of days as I got the time. The rib flange with the smilies got covered with a bit more primer since there was bare metal showing. That is in the first image. Then I clecoed the spar with ribs attached into the skin and checked for fit. Everything lined up the way it is supposed to. I thought a bit about the pulled rivets that hold the #3 main rib to the spar and to the nose rib. It is only about 1/4" from the center of the rib flange rivet holes to the rib web. The closest clearance rivet puller I could find was 1/2" from center of hole to end of tool. I felt that grinding 1/4" off the front of the puller would get me into the guts of the puller, so I did a combination grind down the front and "bend the rib" to get enough clearance. Image 2 shows the pulled rivets. Image 3 is a shot of the ground off portion of the puller. I am now ready to begin riveting the skin to the spar.
