Prep the F713 longerons, debur, and countersink the holes, prime. Same with the F684 gussets and F902 bulkheads.
There was something about the armrests I remembered from someone elses website. They strenghtned the edge because the outside (inside) edge would take a lot of abuse from the elbow. I think they used a piece of angle on the inside. The several pieces of angle I had laying around didn't fit inside the curve of the armrest. Since the edge was already curved I didn't feel that I really needed angle to give it strenght, just a piece of bar stock would do the same thing. So off to Ace Hardware the friendly non-critical aluminum store. Back with a piece of 1/2" X 1/8" bar. I cut it and placed it on the inside edge. Seemed to stiffen up the armrest substantially. We'll try this and see if it holds up.
