Brief Description: Fabricate front floor stiffiners
Today I finished the front floor stiffeners. Over the last several days I prepped the parts, mounted them to the fuselage and drilled the holes. Since I get a few minutes each morning and some at night it has taken several days to get them mounted. Without a helper to position the angles I made a pole to wedge them up into place. It took some up and down time to get them located but after the first couple of holes it went great. I'm glad I made the sawhorses as tall as I did. I can crawl under easily, and when under, I can be upright on my knees to work.
Aside from being cold in the garage it's not bad, all that up and down. We've had some really cold weather for Atlanta so it's hard to get motivated to work too late in the evening. I'm glad I'm not at the hangar, motivation would really be low!!
