Fabricated another set of angle clips to tie the aux longeron to the firewall. The first set I pre drilled as per the drawing. When I mounted them to the longeron I could see the holes would be way off. The second set I made without the hold and clamped them to the longerons and firewall then drilled. Very nice.
I have had to remake very few pieces since I started so this was a real blow. However I was able to take them to work and filed them at lunch. Maybe I can bring larger sections? We'll see.
