Brief Description: Prep all parts, debur, dimple, prime
Disassemble back to the lowest common denominator. Debur, dimple, and prime. I spent several days, doing a few pieces each evening. I just lumped all the time together. Logging the time each time I massaged a part just isn't possible. I have enough trouble keeping this log updated as it is. Anyway done!!
I decided during this process that I would make the baggage skin removable and planned to install nutplates on the baggage floor ribs and bulkhead. I figure if I need the space later it will be easier to gain access if the floor is removable.
