Begin prep for all flap components. Debur and install nutplates. Fabricate the angle pieces. Mock up to see how it all fits into the bulkhead area. Drill holes in bulkhead for nutplates. Mount nutplates. Rivet together and paint. I used a small 9V battery to run the flap motor up and down. With no load on the motor this works real nicely. I will need to get another battery to power more components as more gets added to the fuselage. Again its been slow, but steady progress. Work all day, work in the evening, spend 15-20 minutes each day building an airplane. It makes it really hard to do the blog and take photos. I don't feel I have done enough to warrant photos but then at the end of the week I see the progress and think "Why didn't I photo that!"
