Brief Description:  Fab T-410 plates

Fabricate the T-410 reinforcement plates. The tank mounting angle I made previously when I made the one for the right tank. Building this wing is going so much faster and smoother than the right wing. I fabricated both sides when doing the right wing so it seemed to take forever to make progress. Now, with most of the components pre-fabricated the left wing is going so much faster.

I am going to show some of the organization that goes into keeping the building process going. All of my drill bits are organized in mint tins. I taped the lable on along with notes as to size of the bit or what it should be used for. Later this has expanded to include hardware for each component. Like the fuel tank. Not all of the hardware is used at this moment but the hardware needs to be allocated for the tank. Later these pieces need to be matched up to the tank without getting lost, misplaced, or scattered during the wait. The tins are easy to open, sturdy, easily replaceable, readily available, stackable, and generally a good size for most of the hardware and tools that just beg to be lost or misplaced on a messy workbench. For the drill bits there is one rule that I follow. Never have more than one box open at a time. ONLY the drill bit in current use can have the box open on the bench. I may have several boxes on the bench, but only the current one may be open. Small rule, but it keeps you from drilling holes the wrong size and elliminates putting the drill back into the wrong box. Just a small glimpse into the 'behind the scenes' process of building.
