Brief Description: Rivet main ribs to top skin, rivet bottom skin
Big day today. Worked all Saturday. Rivet main ribs to top skin. Install bottom skin and rivet nose skin to spar. Rivet bottom skin to main ribs. I cheated on the left flap and used the pop rivets in the last hole so I didn't have to hassle with trying to buck rivets in such a small space. When I got to the right flap I counted out the rivets remaining and was supprised that I did not have enough to do the same thing on the right flap. So I would be forced to buck the last rivet in each main rib. I found that if I bucked the rivet down about half way that I could then get the squeezer in the space and squish the rivet the rest of the way. This worked really well and I now wish that I had done it on the other flap. If anybody notices that the flaps are slightly different I'll give them a dollar.
