Rivet the nose skin to the spar. Rivet the ribs. Rivet the trailing edge. At first it looked all wavy just like the left aileron. I just couldn't see how it was all going to work. I started to rivet the trailing edge in the middle and kept working my way to the edges. And by golly when I was done the trailing edge was straight!!!! Installed the hinge brackets. Cleaned everything up, put away tools, vacuumed, and generally sighed relief that both ailerons came out looking good. My flying buddy, George Guerin gave me some plastic wrap that I wrapped each aileron in for protection.
