Brief Description:  Rivet brackets to flap brackets

Started off by installing the skins so the holes in the bracket could be drilled. Remove skins. Debur & countersink angle brackets. Prime brackets and reassemble. Rivet brackets to the ribs and spar.
Sometimes it doesn't look like much has changed, but looks can be deceiving. No wait, not much did get done.
For such a simple operation the drill bit gets changed about 6 times. There are 2 sizes used. #40 and a #30. First drill this one hole #40. Countersink the hole, means remove the drill bit and install the countersink. Match drill the holes using the angle drill because there is not enough space, besides, that size is a #30. The hole nearest the skin must be drilled from the bottom, but there is not enough space so change bits to the super long 12" drill bit. I swear I will wear out the chuck before the drill motor ever goes bad.
Anyway, Flap brackets completed!!
