I finally broke down and bought a jig saw. The first thing I made was the fixture to hold the skin closed. Riveted the stiffiners to the skin. Also did the fuel filler neck and the fuel drain. I made a plate to fill one of the holes in the end rib that would not otherwise be covered. The scale worked great. I slipped a sandwich bag over the end and plopped the proseal on it measured and folded the whole thing back off. I mixed it all right in the bag. I thought this is great, no mess! Cut the corner and squeeze it out, untill the bag split down the side. Back to popsicle sticks and latex gloves which really work pretty good.
