Brief Description:  Match drill tank skin

Match drill tank skin to ribs. Drill 'z' brackets to spar. With everything assembled it really looks like a wing. Next instruction is to check the taper of the wing. I reinstalled the bottom skins and plumbbobbed the wing. Vans says that up to 3/32 (.094") difference from the fuselage end to the tip of the wing is acceptable. I measured .017" difference. Whew!! With that done and good I took the tank off and began to match drill the mounting hole. Next is countersinking the skin.

Side note. Seems that the last few weeks all I have been doing is work on aircraft. The Cessna is going back together. Cylinders are on and the pile of parts on the workbench at the hangar is getting smaller. My A&P says he will inspect my work next week. All should be good, and if so I can finish and go fly!!!
