Brief Description:  Fab tie down and finish left spar.

Fabricated the tie down from the stock supplied. Tapped the hole for the ring. Drilled the first hole in the corner, set it up and drilled the other holes. Set up the aileron piviot angles, drilled the holes, admired the progress until I stared at the note written on the spar. 'TOP' written so the dummy building this thing would see it and not forget which way was up. If the tie down ring sticks out on the top of the wing do you think it will disrupt airflow? Should the rope drape accross the front or the rear of the wing in this configuration? Well I just flipped it over but that required redrilling the aileron holes. I think Vans anticipated this and made the holes offset enough to do this and still have room for the nutplates. Anyway this side is done.
