Brief Description: Assemble left HS and match drill

Today I built another HS fixture. Sort of preparation for riveting the skin. Debured the edges on the left HS skin. Installed into the fixture. Assembled left HS complete. Match drilled skin. Disassembled assembly and debured the skin. Debured and dimpled the ribs.
Well it has been one week that I have had the kit. I am getting close to having one whole part complete. It is incredible the amount of hand work required to prepare each part. Filing, sanding, buffing, drilling, deburing, coleco, disassemble, debur, buff, reassemble and maybe then I will get to rivet the assembly into one complete part. Seems like a lot of work and it is, but none of it is too difficult for the average person. It does require a fair amount of time planning the next move, inspecting the drawings, and attention to detail. Hopefully as the learing curve diminishes the challenges will become easier to overcome.
