Fabricate antenna mount. Locate onto VS, drill and dimple.
I was able to build a simple and strong antenna mount. The angle butts up against the edge of the inner top rib and uses one of the cap mounting holes. There is just the one screw on each side holding the mount down. The antenna sits just flush with the top of the skin. Very clean and simple.
