Brief Description:  Prep baggage parts

I have arrived to the point of disassembly. Everything needs to come back apart to get the necessary debur, dimple, and prime before the final assembly. The question is do I take it all apart at once and begin the prep. Should I prep the parts as I reassemble? Should I prep all the parts first and then reassemble? Should I prep parts as I disassemble, then just fit and rivet it together? What if I forget some important hole and then have to take it all back apart?

Well I decided that since it was already together it would be easier to get all the holes correct if I could still see what the finished product was like. So, as I disassemble I am preping the parts. Hopefully I won't miss anything.

Began by preping the baggage side plates. Added nutplates so the baggage floor can be screwed in. Debured and dimpled the ribs and bulkhead parts. Primed everything.

Since work gets in the way of building time I can work on a piece at a time so photos may be hit or miss until final assembly.
