Brief Description: Fab F684 gussets and drill longerons for bolts
Fabricated the gussets in the lower corners. the edges needed to be bent and overall carefully fitted. It took some time and several trips down to the basement and back to get the shape and angles correct. When done both parts fit very nice.
Drill the lower longerons for bolts. The trick is to make sure the longeron is tight up against the steel angle mount on the firewall. A couple of clamps and careful pressure made drilling accurate and easy.
