Fit the front wing bulkhead to the aft bulkhead. Installed the spacer blocks made previously. Bolt the two bulkheads together. The spacers I made previously seemed to fit correctly when I did the earlier bulkhead work. This time they didn't really want to fit properly. I had to cut some off the bottom so they wouldn't drag against the skin at the bottom. Also had to open the bolt holes so the bolts could just slide through. The instructions indicated they had to be some exact thickness I can't remember now, I used two 5/8 particle board and sandwiched a piece of 3/16 hardboard and was still a little short, so I added a piece of .032 aluminum to the sandwich and it was just a little thick. I was able to sand the block down the few thousands it needs to be exact. Really I didn't get to the exact dimension, but was close. I still was .012 thick but I will live with it. Maybe the extra space will come in handy when the wings are plugged in. Match drilled the side plates and match drilled the skin to the bulkheads.
