Brief Description: leak check tank, debur top skins
Leak check fuel tank. Filled with 5 gal. 100LL and used my A/C sniffer to check for leaks. With the tank out in the sun the tank pressurized. I suspect about 5-6psi. This should produce leakage if it was going to leak. I rolled the tank around to make sure each surface was covered. I sniffed each rivet and seam with the A/C sniffer and had no hits. All of the proseal seemed to be holding just fine. Success!! And I'm glad to have this part behind me now.
