Brief Description:  Flap bracket fabrication

Debur the flap brackets. The inside edges were difficult but just work slowly and carefully and they come out nice. Fabricate the W-925C angles. Simple brackets made from a piece of angle, how hard could it be? Searched the entire shop to find the proper angle. Went back to the packing list to make sure I had recieved the angle. Searched the location I said where I put it, could not find. Removed EVERYTHING from the shelves to make sure it hadn't slipped into a spot I couldn't see, NO angle!! Dang. Ill have to order another from Vans. Well I can do something else until it comes. Cleaned the workbench in preparation for some next step. HEY, what is this angle piece? Looks just like the missing piece. Go back to 7/7/08. Remember the preparation and mockup of the aileron and flap brackets so I would get a feel for what I was doing? Well getting that angle out from the shelf was part of that process. So there went an hour of time, frustration, anxiety, depression, and several choice words about my general mental state. Note to self, next time check the bench first.
Of course, that was the process of finding the part. Then cut into six pieces, make them into the correct dimension. Cut the corner, and make three lefts and three rights. Seems like I work extra slow, it took a fair portion of the day. A lot of work and only a small pile of parts to show for it.
