Tonight I made a balance beam to measure the proseal. I made the pan at one end to glop one part onto and then the long arm to put the other part on. Proseal is mixed at a ratio of 10 to 1. The beam does not have to move very far, also I didn't want the stuff to roll off the end. The long arm was made longer than necessary. A piece of coat hanger is the fulcrum. Now the 10 to 1 part.... I put 10 quarters on the one end and 1 quarter on the other. I trimmed the long end until it balanced. I cut 1/4" off until it was too light for 8 quarters. then 1/8" cuts for 9 quarters. Then scotchbrighted the end till balance. Perfect and repeatable every time.
