Today I fooled around with the Proseal. I Prosealed the ring to the rib. Vans says that it is not necessary because the gasket on the cover will seal the rivets. I wanted to get a little experence mixing and applying this nasty stuff. Not anywhere as difficult as I thought it would be. Work slow, clean up as you go along and its not too bad. Rivet stiffner ring to rib. ( see yesterdays photos).
Mounted the fuel filler neck to skin. Mounted fuel drain to skin. Dissasembled the whole tank and began the debur process. Debured all the small parts, ribs, stiffiners, and skin. Dimpled the ribs and stiffiners.
