Mounted the brackets to the baffle plate and drilled holes. First the center hole must be drilled. Vans gives a template to fabricate that will locate the holes in the center of the bracket. All the brackets get a hole in the center of both legs except for two brackets that get drilled only on one leg. Thats 26 holes to drill. I'm not going to take the time to make a template, so I clamped some boards to the drill press and set up a mini production line for drilling the holes. I'll get a photo of the setup just to show. Mount brackets to the baffle and installed onto the wing. Now it all makes sense.
